Improving the quality of service in terms of railway passenger transport is a difficult process due to the amount of necessary interconnection of the processes carried out with a view to maximize the benefit for the customer. Continuous improvement of quality has been an ongoing and never-ending process because customer requirements are varied and change over time. Effective measurement of services quality cannot be bound only to a particular point in time, but it is necessary to ensure continuous monitoring of quality throughout the process of servicess provision.
